List of Attributes

What's an Attribute? Attributes are characteristics unique to each Spirit which can greatly influence their utility in battle. Attributes can indicate if a Spirit is flying, burrowing, intangible, armored, or--perhaps most importantly--if they have an exception  to the general rules their Elemental Typing allows. For example, Crystal Onix is a Stone Element Spirit. Typically Stone-type Spirits are weak to Water-type attacks and are able to resist Fire-type attacks; however, Crystal Onix reverses this expectation, resisting Water-type attacks and having an unusual weakness to Fire-type attacks. Because of their influence on the battlefield, it is very important to be mindful of a Spirit's Attributes! They can always be found in the bottom left-hand corner of the card. There are very few Spirits without any Attributes at all. Attributes can always be found in the bottom left-hand corner of the card. Each of those circles--or "tokens"--represents an Attribut...

This is the first page of cards I've designed for the project. They're a little rough around the edges... I'm hoping to iron things out in future sets. These nine will probably age the poorest, considering that I'm likely to change certain icons and colors and terms as I go on. This card game is heavily influenced by the Pokemon  trading card game, as well as Yu-Gi-Oh!  and other trading card games of that nature, the customizable and for-everyone nature of Super Smash Bros.  games, and the specific support and buff mechanics introduced in Ultimate . At this exact moment not everything has been figured out in excruciating detail, and I'm deciding what I like and what I don't as I work on things. Iconography, colors, card design, and even terminology are all likely to change as the project develops. I don't have an ETA on the official launch of the game. The intention is to consider the game as "officially" launched upon completion of the Starter...
